Since purchasing the course (then known as Singletree Golf Course) in 1987, Johannes Faessler and Sonnenalp Properties, Inc. have continued to improve the facilities, making it one of Vail’s best.

FOOD AND NON-ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE MINIMUM

for 2009 will be 600.00.

There is a minimum requirement for food and non-alcoholic beverage consumption for each membership. Food/beverages served at any of the Club food service outlets, which includes Balata, the pool snack bar and the golf snack bar are all included in the minimum program.

F&B Minimum Options:

1. The minimum of $600 will be paid in arrears. In August, a notice will go to inform each member of how much they spent towards the F &B minimum. You will then have the option to either spend the required amount by October 31^st or have that amount put on a gift certificate which you could give to anyone to use. The gift certificate will also expire on October 31^st.

All Annual Dues and F&B Minimum charges will be prorated
from January upon membership approval.

•  Each prospective member must complete and sign an application.
•  Two letters of recommendation by two current members in good standing must be submitted with the application.
•  The application and letters are to be submitted to the Club Manager or Director of Members Relations with full payment (unless financing has already been arranged).
•  Membership Advisory Board meets the 2^nd Tuesday of each month and reviews applications for approval.
•  The application process may be expedited between monthly Board meetings by presenting a request for review via email/fax for approval of the application.
•  Initiation fee to the Sonnenalp Golf Club must be paid in full prior to member participation at the Club unless an agreement of financing is pre-arranged.
•  In the event of resignation of the membership, the initiation fee, minus any incurred debt, unpaid dues, and a 50% membership transfer fee will be refunded immediately to the out-going member upon their written request.
